How it works
Captain uses both RFID tags that go inside your windshield usually next to your registration sticker, and License Plate Recognition Technology.
When you pull up to the pay station, the system will automatically recognize you, greet you, and lift the gate to give you access to the wash queue.
The wash tunnel control will automatically program the wash package you are subscribed to. Monthly payments are processed automatically with your saved credit card information.
You can manage your plan online 24/7. You can upgrade your package, add new vehicles, update payment info, or cancel anytime. Captain makes it easy and convenient so you can take command of your clean!
