Our Captain Customer Team is where the rubber meets the road for our team. Our Captain Customer Teammates have a passion for providing friendly customer service while going above and beyond to ensure Captain customers have an enjoyable car wash experience. We love to hire from within, and the Captain Customer team is where you can learn the industry from the ground up to one day manage, or even own, a Captain store of your own.
site leadership
Our Site General Managers and Assistant General Managers are the tactical level leaders of the Captain Car Wash organization. Not only do they ensure we are producing clean, dry, shiny cars every wash, but they also lead and develop our awesome teams. Our site leaders are responsible for the day-to-day operations of their sites, executing employee training and development programs put together by our executive management team, and act as the brand ambassador for Captain Car Wash in their locations.

Our HQ team is the strategic command center of our organization. HQ is focused on ensuring the field has the tools, resources, and support they need to execute and accomplish the Captain mission. With positions opening up in regional management, senior level executive management, accounting, finance, marketing, and corporate development, Captain is looking for dedicated professionals to join our expanding business!
